SPEAC has launched a new Educational Resource Library to support the effective use of its vaccine safety tools and resources.
As the SPEAC portfolio continues to expand—including digital tools within the CEPI Safety Intelligence ecosystem and updated Brighton Collaboration case definitions—users increasingly need practical guidance on how to apply these resources in real-world contexts. Supporting materials have often been distributed across different formats and locations, making them harder to find and use.
This new library brings those materials together into a single, accessible space.
Designed to Support Tool Use
The Educational Resource Library is focused on helping users move from access to application. It includes:
- Tool-focused videos and explainers
Short, targeted content demonstrating how SPEAC tools and resources are used - Webinars and training sessions
Recorded sessions that walk through real-world use cases and implementation - Guidance on Brighton Collaboration case definitions
Supports consistent application and interpretation in safety monitoring - Reference materials and supporting documentation
Resources that help standardize how safety data are understood and used
Enabling More Consistent Application
The value of vaccine safety tools depends on how consistently they are applied. By making supporting materials easier to access, the library helps reduce variability in interpretation, supports more efficient onboarding of new users, and strengthens the overall use of SPEAC resources across settings.
